**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Missoula, MT. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, as well as assisting with school bus routing tasks. **Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system, including student and route information
* Assist with school bus routing tasks, including:
+ General data entry and updates to student and route information
+ Verifying and correcting data to ensure accuracy
+ Providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff
+ Collaborating with the transportation team to ensure seamless routing operations
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including:
+ Student and route information
+ Bus schedules and routes
+ Driver assignments and certifications
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Knowledge of school bus routing and transportation operations

* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred)
