This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained in our systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Classify and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems * Conduct research on websites to gather information and verify data accuracy * Audit reports and sheets of data to identify errors or inconsistencies * Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources * Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product * Obtain additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete * Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and consistency **Requirements** * Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems * Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools * Expertise in computer research and data entry * Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks * Excellent typing accuracy and sound written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with presentation software and creating presentations * Familiarity with Google Meet and Slack * Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $16.15 - $18.70 * Flexible work arrangement, with the option to work from home or our remote office * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance * Eligibility to enroll in our company 401(k) plan * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate professionals **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who's passionate about data management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
