Position Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team, with the flexibility to work remotely. As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in updating and maintaining information in our databases, providing administrative support as needed, and ensuring the efficient administration of files. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have the ability to focus on assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Preparing documentation for filing and associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Obtaining all necessary supporting information and documentation to facilitate efficient file administration, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and other relevant documents. Responding promptly to queries and requests from creditors and debtors, providing excellent customer service and support. Liaising with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information. Preparing and reviewing files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents, and ensuring all necessary documents are organized and up-to-date. Liaising with internal clients to clarify issues, resolve problems, and provide support as needed. Organizing file documents in accordance with our naming protocols, maintaining accurate and efficient filing systems. Calculating income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements across multiple provincial jurisdictions. Performing relevant searches, including insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value. Creating all necessary documents for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver (OR). Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend, our internal software, maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential. Liaising with external clients to clarify outstanding documents, provide support, and ensure excellent customer service. Electronic filing of statutory documents, preparing documents for DocuSign, and reviewing amended proposals. Performing other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess: Proven experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Proficient technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and the ability to learn computer software quickly. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset, although not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to others. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak and deal effectively with other staff members, clients, and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be considered an asset: Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on data entry, administration, and customer service. Knowledge of debt solution practices, insolvency, and relevant legal requirements across multiple provincial jurisdictions. Experience with Ascend or similar software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
