**The Role**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data in digital databases, as well as transferring data from hard copy to digital spreadsheets. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create spreadsheets to track important client information and orders
* Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
* Update client information in a database
* Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
* Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
* Double-check work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience as a data entry clerk (1-2 years)
* Accurate typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
* Working knowledge of office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.)
* Basic understanding of databases
* Good command of English (both oral and written)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
