**Responsibilities**

• **Data Entry**: Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
• **Customer Data**: Type in data provided directly from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• **Spreadsheet Creation**: Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, utilizing your expertise in MS Office Word and Excel.
• **Data Verification**: Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our digital database.
• **Data Updates**: Update existing data, ensuring that our database remains current and up-to-date.
• **Data Retrieval**: Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and accurate responses to our team.
• **Data Preservation**: Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
• **Paperwork Organization**: Sort and organize paperwork after entering data, ensuring that it is not lost and remains easily accessible.

**Requirements**

• **Experience**: Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong background in typing and data management.
• **Typing Skills**: Fast typing skills, with knowledge of the touch typing system strongly preferred.
• **Software Proficiency**: Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
