**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. You'll work closely with employees and customers to collect information, identify errors, and update our systems in a timely and efficient manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Gather reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
* Scan through information to identify pertinent details and correct errors
* Organize information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
* Create accurate spreadsheets and enter information into relevant databases
* Ensure data is backed up and inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered
* Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
* Perform additional duties as required
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience in a relevant field (data entry, customer support, or administration)
* Good command of English
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
* Proficient touch typing skills
