**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing paper and/or electronic data reports upon request
* Data entry into internal and external customer portal
* Following up to obtain required documentation
* Providing reports as requested
* Verifying defects identified by inspectors
* Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of company information
* Creating and maintaining charts and graphs
* Demonstrating commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents
* Complying with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
* Performing administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties
* Obtaining signatures as needed
* Escalating issues as needed
* Electronically storing all required job documents, including data, charts, and imaging, according to careerzynith's filing conventions
* Performing audits on all electronic job files to ensure required documents have been stored by all departments
* Escalating missing file requirements
**Technical Requirements**
* Time entry into portals
* Ensuring hard copy data is filed per ISO standards
* Verifying and balancing data entries
* Auditing entries for accuracy
**Other Responsibilities**
* Any other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager/Site Manager
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Hard Skills:
+ Proficiency in the English language
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience with spreadsheets and online forms
+ Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
+ Attention to detail
+ Superior data entry and typing skills
+ Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask
+ Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment
