**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in New York City, NY. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our system, maintaining and updating databases, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Input and maintain accurate data into our system
- Update and maintain databases with new information
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus

**Working Hours**

This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week. The working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
