**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Clerk or Document Specialist and Salesforce Expert, you'll be responsible for:
* Converting contract and pricing update information captured by the revenue realization team into data format required for entry into the system
* Utilizing Salesforce to extract, format, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data
* Maintaining Excel-based reports, templates, and uploading documents
* Assisting in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, file preparation, data validation, and data entry
* Running reports from different systems and combining them into new Excel reports to drive data-driven decision-making
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or a combination of the current active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel
