As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing a wide range of documents and data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Prepare documents for scanning by classifying, orienting, repairing, and removing objects such as staples and paperclips. * Utilize bar code or patch separators to separate records for scanning. * Scan documents using high-speed scanners, ensuring that all images are clear and free of errors. * Clean and calibrate paper scanners, fix bad images and double feeds, and use all aspects of the scanning software. * Perform quality processing of items through the scanning process, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. * Process filmed documents, calibrate, load, and clean microfilm equipment. * Capture data from scanned documents and enter alphanumeric data into the appropriate database in accordance with customer requirements. * Notify supervisors of potential hazards and demonstrate a high level of safety awareness. * Protect the company's and its customers' informational assets by adhering to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Six months to one year of general office experience preferred. * Two years of prior experience scanning required. * Ability to sit and type on a computer for extended periods. * Physical demands include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. * May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of up to 25 pounds. * Proficient communication skills required to collect essential information, answer questions, and direct callers to the appropriate personnel in a professional and courteous manner. * Developed interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies as necessary. * Planning and organizational skills required to coordinate workload around complex, multiple assignments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience working in a data entry or document management environment. * Proficiency in specific software, tools, or programming languages. * Self-discipline and ability to stay focused and manage time effectively without direct supervision. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Problem-solving abilities and adaptability. * Prior experience working in a remote or flexible work environment. **Benefits** * Competitive hourly pay rate of $15.50 to $16.50 per hour. * 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off. * Flexible schedule and remote work options available. * Referral benefits and bonuses. * Access to a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. **Work Environment** * arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. * Our team is passionate, creative, and knowledgeable about a wide range of business and industry sectors. * We are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. * Our core values of Validness, Responsibility, and Activity guide us to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients and employees alike. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
