As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production reports to management, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot errors. You will work closely with our DC Management and Engineering teams, as well as our Payroll staff, to ensure seamless communication and data exchange. **Key Responsibilities** * Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems (65% of time) + Summarize production sheets, check for accuracy, and report errors + Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program + Calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards * Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time) * Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time) * File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time) * Perform other projects as assigned (5% of time) **Essential Qualifications and Skills** * Previous clerical/administrative experience * 10-key experience (fast and accurate) * Good math skills * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs * Good interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** * Experience working with data entry software and systems * Familiarity with Blue Chip computer systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Benefits** * Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits * 401K offered * Paid time off, Holidays Paid, and anniversary days * In-store discounts * Cell phone discounts **Work Environment and Culture** * Our distribution center is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will work closely with our DC Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange. * We value diversity, equality, and inclusion, and strive to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. * Our company culture is built on teamwork, collaboration, and open communication. **Compensation and Perks** * $17/hour base pay * $3/hour shift differential for 3rd shift * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off, Holidays Paid, and anniversary days * In-store discounts * Cell phone discounts **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
