**Job Description**

Join our team as a Lease Administration Support professional and make a tangible impact on the efficiency and organization of a critical team. You will be instrumental in streamlining processes, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing directly to the success of the Lease Document File Room. As a Lease Administration Support professional, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with the team to manage essential administrative tasks. Your contributions will ensure the smooth flow of information and documentation, directly impacting the effectiveness of lease administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate department mailings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of important documents.
* Maintain meticulous physical and electronic records, contributing to efficient information retrieval and compliance.
* Monitor and route incoming emails, facilitating effective communication and prompt responses.
* Assist with filing and sorting, optimizing organization and accessibility of critical documents.
* Perform other clerical duties as needed, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to support the team.

**Must-Haves:**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
* At least one year of professional experience, preferably in a high-volume data entry or customer service environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to manipulate data, manage emails, and utilize basic computer functions.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal), allowing you to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
