**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk I, you will be responsible for:
* Inputting complete and accurate data into a label copy system, including editing and maintaining data as needed
* Ensuring timely processing of deliverables utilizing various distribution systems
* Coordinating with other team members regarding source materials and assets
* Operating data entry devices, including keyboards, to enter both alpha and numeric data
* Maintaining logs of activities and completed work
* Verifying data and preparing materials for reporting
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data entry and processing
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of label copy experience
* 1-2 years of music industry experience, preferably in production, copyright, royalties, business affairs, or related areas
* Strong data entry skills, with the ability to learn new data systems quickly
* Excellent proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with experience in data entry and processing
* Familiarity with Monday.com, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
