**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our operations. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our data systems, processing and verifying data, and providing exceptional support to our team members and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data records, ensuring compliance with careerzynith's data management policies and procedures
* Process and verify data entries, identifying and resolving discrepancies and errors
* Develop and implement efficient data management systems and processes to improve data accuracy and reduce errors
* Provide exceptional support to team members and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data integration and sharing
* Analyze data trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure data quality and integrity

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Access
* Experience with data management software and systems, such as CRM or ERP
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a healthcare or non-profit setting
* Familiarity with careerzynith's data management systems and processes
* Certification in data management, such as CDMP or CDP
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or Vietnamese
