**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, NC. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

* Accurately enter data into the company database and systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Verify and update existing data in the database to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Review data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting or reporting them as needed.
* Organize and maintain physical or digital files and records.
* Perform data backups and ensure the integrity of data.
* Generate and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.
* Assist in managing the flow of information and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying when required.
* Maintain confidentiality and data security.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus).
* Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 words per minute).
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and other data entry software.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Knowledge of database management is a plus.
