Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Healthcare Administration Support

**Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position**

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Accurately entering information on incoming cases into our computer system and generating work cards
* Cleaning and drying of case pans
* Coding cases in preparation for data entry
* Making necessary changes to computer work cards to place cases on-hold, change dates, codes, etc.
* Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage
* Looking up previous paperwork in files as needed for case information or reworks
* Performing all other duties as assigned by management

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

**Minimum Education and Experience Required**

**Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used**

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be working in a fast-paced environment that involves the use of various materials and equipment, including:

* Disinfectant process chemicals
* Personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
* Office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners

**Physical Requirements**

The physical demands of this role include:

* Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
* Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
