Key Responsibilities
Enter work orders into computer for scheduling purposes based on direction from the dental office for each case
Contact accounts with any delivery conflicts
Organize work throughout lab and deliver to departments
Verify the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket, and other applicable notes
Assist with FedEx, UPS, and USPS
Answer the telephone and provide customer service when needed
Assist with nightly cleanup of area as required
All other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. You should also have basic functional computer skills, including knowledge of printers, faxes, postage machines, and credit card processing machines. Excellent verbal communication skills are also required, as you will be working with all levels of staff.
