Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on processing inbound receiving data with precision and timeliness. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Processing inbound receiving data on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy. Providing clerical support and payroll support as needed. Supporting the daily entry of receiving data into our database. Reconciling physical receipts of tickets against database entries. Analyzing reports to identify and resolve issues related to missing tickets. Saving electronic tickets to specified folders for easy access and reference. Inputting and/or validating producer payroll data with accuracy and attention to detail. Essential Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Proficient and accurate data entry skills, particularly with the 10-key numerical pad. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Good listening skills and the ability to clarify problems or issues as they arise. A professional and courteous demeanor, with a positive attitude towards work and colleagues. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other standard office software. A broad knowledge of office practices, business, and administrative procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience in data entry, preferably in an administrative or clerical role. Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools. Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
