**About the Role**

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
* Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
* Performing searches on websites for information
* Auditing reports and sheets of data
* Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
* Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
* Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Google Meet
* Expertise in computer research and comprehensive knowledge of data entry
* Ability to multitask effectively and maintain excellent typing accuracy
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Experience creating presentations is highly desired

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Certification in data entry or a related field
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
