As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner * Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information * Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy * Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers * Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry * Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents * Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors * Proficient with AS400 * Accurate typing and spelling skills * Detail-oriented and self-motivated * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a transportation or logistics environment * Familiarity with AS400 and other transportation management systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Work Environment and Culture:** At blithequark, we value our employees and strive to create a work environment that is both challenging and rewarding.
