With a hybrid work arrangement that offers the flexibility of working from home two days a week and collaborating with colleagues in the office three days a week, you'll have the perfect blend of work-life balance and professional growth opportunities. **Job Overview** As a Client Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, and facilitating the processing of online bidder approvals. You'll also be responsible for adding and modifying client information, generating comprehensive reports, and managing shipping instruction requests. Additionally, you'll maintain mailing list entries, process bidder/show cards, and verify sales tax information. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring the success of this role. **Key Responsibilities** - **Client Account Management**: Oversee the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. - **Data Entry and Maintenance**: Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, including contact information, billing details, and other relevant data. - **Online Bidding and Approvals**: Facilitate the processing of online bidder approvals, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate. - **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate comprehensive reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - **Shipping and Logistics**: Manage shipping instruction requests, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate. - **Mailing List Maintenance**: Maintain mailing list entries, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. - **Bidder/Show Cards and Sales Tax**: Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate. - **Client Feedback and Support**: Address client survey feedback, providing timely and effective support to ensure client satisfaction. - **Additional Responsibilities**: Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of the team. **Required Skills** - **Microsoft Office Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is essential for this role. - **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail is critical in ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data. - **Task Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities is essential for success in this role. - **Positive Outlook and Commitment to Learning**: A positive outlook and a commitment to learning are essential for growth and development in this role. - **Bilingual Proficiency**: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not required. **Qualifications** - **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma is a prerequisite for this role. - **Data Entry Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in data entry is required for this role. **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering continuous professional development and growth.
