We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Energy Services Programs team. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our department by maintaining accurate and timely digital and physical files. Your contributions will help facilitate efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
**About the Role**
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining updated and accurate client records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. You will also be responsible for monitoring emails and logging relevant documents and communications in the Monday.com platform. Additionally, you will adhere to program guidelines for using required database systems, such as Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and others.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Data Management**: Maintain updated and accurate client records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
* **Email and Communication Logging**: Monitor emails and log relevant documents and communications in the Monday.com platform.
* **Database Systems Usage**: Adhere to program guidelines for using required database systems, such as Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and others.
* **File Organization**: Ensure digital and paper participant files are well-organized and compliant with agency and funder requirements.
* **Collaboration**: Work closely with program staff to enhance communication and consistency in service delivery.
