**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Energy Services Program Support**

Our team is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Position Overview** As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our Statewide Client Service Center, as well as monitoring emails, logging documents, and communications in our Monday.com platform. You'll work closely with our program staff to ensure seamless communication and consistency in the delivery of services. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you! **Essential Duties And Responsibilities** * Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. * Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. * Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. * Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. * Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. * Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. * Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. * Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. * Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. * Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. * Perform related work as required. **Required Qualifications And Skills** * Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. * Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. * Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education. * Bilingual in Spanish preferred. **Why Join arenaflex?** * **Comprehensive Benefits Package**: Enjoy a range of fantastic benefits, including health, dental, FSA, and vision insurance, paid time off, hybrid work opportunities, student loan forgiveness, tuition remission, employer-sponsored retirement, pet insurance, and employee discounts. * **Flexible Work Environment**: Benefit from a flexible work environment that suits your lifestyle, with opportunities to work remotely and attend meetings, calls, and training sessions as needed. * **Professional Development Opportunities**: Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge. * **Meaningful Work**: Join a team that makes a meaningful difference in the community, working towards a common goal of creating a better world for all. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about making a difference and have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply.
