**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Conklin, NY. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the scanning and uploading of documents for a 1-month assignment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive incoming tests and prepare them for uploading and scanning
* Upload tests into the system for electronic grading
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless document processing and timely completion of tasks
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure efficient data management
* Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, document scanning, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with document scanning software and electronic grading systems
* Familiarity with data entry best practices and quality control procedures
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
