**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer data. You'll work closely with our team to identify and correct errors, adapt to changing processes, and provide exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities**

* Ensure accuracy by matching system data with customer entries
* Adapt to changes in the process as it is new and evolving
* Identify and correct errors after reviewing documents
* Collaborate with others to manage and rectify errors
* Approach tasks with a trial-and-error mindset to adapt quickly
* Maintain strong attendance and willingness to work Saturdays
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Essential Skills**

* Strong attention to detail and typing skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to maintain strong attendance and willingness to work Saturdays
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

* Experience in clerical, computer skills, and data entry
* Experience in administrative support, front desk, and scanning
* Customer service and customer support experience
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

**Work Environment**

Our office is located in a convenient and accessible location, with a business casual dress code. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development. As a contract position, you'll have the opportunity to work with our team and gain valuable experience before potentially moving to a permanent role or working remotely.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
