Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as data entry, email response, reviews, polls, and other online projects. You will be working remotely and will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity, and you will have the option to work as many or as few hours as you like.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks, including entering information into our database and maintaining accurate records
* Respond to emails and provide excellent customer service to our clients
* Participate in online surveys and provide feedback on products and services
* Review and write reviews of products and services
* Use your customer service skills to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
* Work independently and manage your own schedule
* Meet productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* At least 5 to 10 hours of weekly availability
* Stable internet connection and a smart device or tablet
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
* Detail-oriented and organized, with strong data entry skills
* Ability to meet productivity and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Familiarity with online surveys and review platforms
* Strong typing skills and ability to meet productivity standards
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
