**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments (Remote Opportunity)**

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional services, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for: * Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents. * Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. * Executing analysis of complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications. * Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile. * Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce. * Interacting with and embodying arenaflex's commitment to TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests * Identifying and addressing Client/Advisor account exceptions * Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks * Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies * Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors * Troubleshooting internal/external system improvements or concerns * Identifying the root cause of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc. * Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management * Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the client demand or remediate not neat issues * Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data entry software and systems * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and its systems * Experience working in a remote environment * Certification in data entry or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
