**Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing inbound receiving data with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness, ensuring that our database is up-to-date and reliable.
* Providing clerical support and payroll assistance to our team members, ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Supporting the daily entry of receiving data into our database, ensuring that our data is accurate and consistent.
* Reconciling physical receipts of tickets against our database, identifying any discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed.
* Analyzing reports to identify missing tickets and taking corrective action to ensure that our data is complete and accurate.
* Saving electronic tickets to specified folders, ensuring that our data is organized and easily accessible.
* Inputting and/or validating producer payroll data, ensuring that our payroll processes are accurate and compliant.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and 10-key typing.
* Proficient and accurate data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with our team members and stakeholders.
* Good listening skills and a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be a bonus:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
* Familiarity with our industry and our products or services.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
