**Job Description**

As a Data Entry Clerk - Administrative Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate data and supporting administrative functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Accurately entering and updating data into company systems and databases
* Maintaining and organizing electronic records and files
* Assisting with creating reports and documents as needed
* Responding to client and team inquiries via email and phone
* Supporting other administrative duties including scheduling, data organization, and correspondence
* Helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily office tasks

**Responsibilities**
