We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center, working a 3rd shift schedule from 11pm to 7am, Sunday to Thursday.

**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production reports to management, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot errors. **Key Responsibilities**
* Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65% of time)
* Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
* Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
* File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time)
* Perform other projects as assigned (5% of time)
**Essential Functions and Competencies**
* Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including Blue Chip
* Drives Results: Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
* Analysis & Judgment: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
* Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player
* Quality: Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining a high level of accuracy
**Qualifications and Special Skills Required**
* Previous clerical/administrative experience, preferably in a retail or distribution environment
* 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
* Good math skills and attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
