**Responsibilities:**
As a Data Entry & Auth Reviewer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Reviewing available Auth for pending claims to verify due process was followed
* Data entering pending Auth Client systems with accuracy and attention to detail
* Ensuring legal compliance and maintaining confidentiality of medical information
* Referring suspicious or complicated Auth to investigators for further review
* Collaborating with other professionals to determine Auth validity and cause
* Maintaining a strong understanding of Claims, Appeals, and Medical Benefits
* Proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and team members
* Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information
* Knowledge of data entry and transcription
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis
* Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefits data
* Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members
* Show ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
* Have experience or knowledge in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer is a plus
* Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve benefits-related issues
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
**Certifications:**
* MS Excel Certification
* Benefits Administration Certification (preferred)
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Annual salary: $15.00 - $17.00 depending on experience and qualifications
* Eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to applicable plans
