**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Capturing and validating complex data, often requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills

* Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
* Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
* Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
* Following up with customers for additional information or documentation as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service and support
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
* The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
* A minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
* Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* The ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
