**Job Summary**

The Data Entry Associate is a critical role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for recording and validating information to be recorded and transmitted to other careerzynith offices, personnel, and customers. This position supports careerzynith office operations and works cross-functionally with other departments.

**Responsibilities**

* Track document received and completion dates
* Review discrepancies in the data received, request clarification of issues related to the data, and perform data validation in accordance with company procedures
* Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and compiling data for routine reports
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
* Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* 1 or more years of experience in a similar role requiring attention to detail and proficiency in typing and keying data
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Knowledge of database management and data analysis
* Certification in data entry or a related field
* Experience working in a customer-facing role

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This position is primarily sedentary, with some filing or lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
