**Experienced Data Entry Associate – Office Operations and Support**

This role supports our office operations and works cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless communication and data exchange. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be essential in delivering high-quality results and meeting our customers' expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Track document receipt and completion dates * Review discrepancies in the data received, request clarification of issues related to the data, and perform data validation in accordance with company procedures * Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and compiling data for routine reports * Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data exchange * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases * Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) * 1 or more years of experience in a similar role requiring attention to detail and proficiency in typing and keying data (preferred) **Physical Demands and Work Environment** This role operates in a professional office environment, with routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners. The physical demands of this position are primarily sedentary, with some filing or lifting required.
