**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately processing customer credit applications and maintaining precise customer credit records
* Managing electronic files efficiently and handling data entry tasks such as form letters, labels, and correspondence
* Assisting in maintaining data field accuracy compliance and accessing information from computers to maintain our database
* Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions to resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
* Overseeing materials handling and reviewing for discrepancies, handling pricing, shipping functions, and purchase requisitions efficiently
* Ensuring accurate order entry and labeling, and being proficient in sales techniques and strategies
* Maintaining a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail, and being able to review and analyze data effectively
* Utilizing database management systems to manage and maintain accurate data, and being knowledgeable in pricing strategies and negotiations
* Familiarity with shipping functions and logistics, and being able to identify and resolve discrepancies
* Understanding of product specifications and standards, and being able to provide clear and concise explanations
* Experience in managing and organizing electronic files, and being familiar with ST Microcontroller operations
* Ability to handle purchase requisitions, manage consignments and shipments, and identify invalid data and correct errors
* Experience in contract manufacturing operations, and being able to draft and manage form letters
* Familiarity with ECN (Engineering Change Notice) procedures, and experience in Quality Assurance (QA) management
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and related tasks
* Familiarity with typical office functions and operations
* Understanding of compliance regulations and standards
* Experience in materials handling and management
* Ability to review and analyze data effectively
* Proficient in using database management systems
* Knowledge in pricing strategies and negotiations
