**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Assistant / Typing Professional at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for coding and entering data into our computer system or database, verifying the accuracy of the data entered, and performing related clerical duties. **Key Responsibilities**

* Code and enter data into a computer system or database via a monitor or keyboard.
* Correct and update database(s) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Verify the accuracy of data entered to prevent errors and discrepancies.
* Generate routine computer reports and/or printouts as required.
* Perform related clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
* Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by management.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience: 6-12 months of experience in data entry or a related field.
* Expertise: General office skills, including keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Data entry experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail: Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management to resolve issues and address concerns.
