As a Data Entry Assistant at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for processing submissions sent electronically by our members, comparing data with source documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Consistently meet the established daily quota for data entry tasks
* Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
* Accurately document and record member information
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
* Proficient in PC operations and navigation
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong written communication skills
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data entry and CRM software
* Data entry experience
* Familiarity with careerzynith's systems and processes
**Work From Home Requirements**
* Reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download ability in your home
* Quiet and private workspace free of distraction and interruption
