As a Remote Data Entry Assistant/Entry Level, you will be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Assistant/Entry Level, your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and efficient manner * Formatting Excel orders as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency * Setting up Profiles for all Excel orders to streamline the data entry process * Processing incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines * Executing Customer Gift History lists to provide accurate and up-to-date information * Entering Catalog requests and address changes to ensure seamless communication with customers * Managing incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards * Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources * Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: * 6 months of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency * Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to navigate and manipulate data * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers * Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division * Type 35 wpm with high accuracy * Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including basic troubleshooting and technical skills * Excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to proofread and edit documents * Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks * Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables * Experience working with other software applications, such as Word and Outlook * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Familiarity with blithequark's products and services, with a passion for learning and growth **Technical Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and collaboration, you must meet the following technical requirements: * Network (internet): + Download speed: 5mbs (minimum) + Upload speed: 3mbs (preferable a wired connection NOT wireless) + Satellite Dish NOT acceptable * Hardware (PC): + Windows 10 operating system + 8 Gigabytes of RAM + 50GB available space on your Hard Drive * Preferred Hardware and Internet Service Speeds Specification: + Network (internet): - Download speed: Over 100mbs - Upload speed: 10+mbs (with a wired connection NOT wireless) + Hardware (PC): - Windows 10 operating system - 8-32 Gigabytes of RAM - 50GB available space on your Hard Drive - Apple or Windows PC Laptop or Desktop computer - NO Chromebook, Ipad, tablet PCs, smart watches, smart phones etc.) - Current IOS or Windows 10 OS - 8th-10th Gen Intel or AMD Ryzen CPU (if you bought your pc/laptop in the last 2 years the CPU is most likely comparable to these suggestions) + Required: - USB headset with mic - 1024 x 768 resolution minimum on home monitors or screens - Mouse/touchpad and keyboard - Cellphone or landline (for DUO) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Remote Data Entry Assistant/Entry Level at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to: * Develop your data entry skills and knowledge of software applications * Work with a dynamic and innovative team that values teamwork and collaboration * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Take on additional responsibilities and projects to demonstrate your capabilities and growth * Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including benefits and perks **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
