**Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Assistant at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Gathering and collecting information from various sources, including invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and client feedback.
* Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and ensuring accuracy in capturing and recording details.
* Correcting errors and organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing errors.
* Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
* Ensuring data is backed up regularly to prevent loss and ensure business continuity.
* Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
* Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval and minimize search time.
* Handling additional duties from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
* Excellent command of English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
* Proficient touch-typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and data integrity.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* Experience with data management software, such as CRM systems or database management tools.
* Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques.
* Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
