Building and maintaining accurate prospect or business lists based on given criteria, ensuring data quality and consistency. Inputting and organizing data into Excel or Google Sheets with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to established formatting and structural guidelines. Verifying and cross-checking data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies. Removing duplicates and ensuring consistency across all records, maintaining clean and structured datasets. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven experience in data entry, web research, or lead generation, with a strong track record of delivering accurate and reliable data. Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced skills in data manipulation, formatting, and analysis. Ability to use online tools and databases for research, with experience in utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Hunter.io, and Apollo. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
