Key Responsibilities Assist the arenaflex Transportation Fleet in achieving its goals and objectives Consult and communicate with managers to outline and prioritize enterprise needs Integrate multiple data sources across various database platforms to provide insights and support business decisions Build, create, and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze data Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience as a Data Analyst is preferred, with a strong background in data entry and analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, with the ability to build and maintain complex spreadsheets Experience with Microsoft Access is preferred, with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources Strong typing and 10-key skills are preferred, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must pass a Background Check and Drug Test as a condition of employment Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and competencies are preferred: Experience in transportation logistics, with a strong understanding of the preservation aspect of operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and managers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
