You will apply analytical and technical skills, as well as industry and operational data, to influence teams in solving business problems. Key Responsibilities Provide research and analysis of trends while supporting the development of new strategies, policies, and reports Improve and share available data tools with other departments in the organization Leverage technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data Concepts) and industry data to provide answers to business requests Transform raw data into easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings Develop and improve models and strategies that support their downstream implementation Facilitate and share technical guidance on ideas and topics to organizations across the industry Conduct analysis using optimization and other available tools to create and examine scenarios providing insights into how different factors perform Utilize appropriate data management tactics that include privacy standards Perform other related duties as directed by leaders Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Advanced level experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Proven experience in providing insights to senior leaders Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL) and data manipulation software such as Alteryx Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team with little supervision Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in network planning or airline operations Knowledge of optimization software and other available tools Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of agency philosophies and tactics across different areas involved in the operation Experience working in a remote environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
