About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry and Program Management professional to join our Creative Production Innovation Management team in Belgium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing innovation programs that introduce new stories to our contributors around the world. You will act as a thought partner to key stakeholders, driving early-stage projects from strategy through execution and delivering high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex programs that are innovation-focused, highly technical, and cross-functional in nature
Conduct feasibility and level-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to supply high-quality functions on time and within budget
Act as a thought partner to PDP leaders to shape early-stage product innovation opportunities into concrete programs
Partner with arenaflex product managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and advocate for PDP's teams via proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product features, assessments, and designs
Work closely with product control, engineering, and creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical tasks
Identify extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of programs that have the potential to drive greater effect and/or performance
Manage, plan, and track PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous programs
Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and program deliverables


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

3 years of practical experience in program management practices, efficiently validated in prior roles in product engineering
Deep area expertise and running know-how in establishing and implementing program management frameworks and best practices
A track record for influencing a wide spectrum of technical cross-functional teams and activating them toward a common goal
Ability to navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic opportunities into tangible next steps
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity
Well-versed in handling resources (employees and financial) to optimize the outcome of the programs and tasks for which they're accountable
Effective at giving honest and direct feedback


Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

Experience working in a streaming entertainment or related industry
Knowledge of product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
Familiarity with data analysis and insights tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello
Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Dutch, and French
