Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day production (manufacturing) activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Coordinate with internal and external teams, including production, sales, design, and technical groups. Monitor quality standards throughout the production process, identifying and addressing potential issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and implement solutions. Ensure timely delivery to clients and maintain quality control. Work closely with pre-production and production approval staff to guarantee accurate and timely endorsements. Coordinate with sales, design, and technical teams to ensure item details align with adopted style profiles. Maintain accurate records, including WIP reports and knowledge of methodologies and warehousing. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Senior Production Coordinator at blithequark, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Club account experience, preferably with organizations like blithequark, BJ's, or Sam's Club. 5+ years of experience in garment production, with a strong understanding of production processes and methodologies. Excellent multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
