Email customer service in an online ticket response system, utilizing best-answer templates to communicate with clients
Collaborating with our market research clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional support
Working independently and efficiently, with a strong focus on attention to detail and professionalism
Participating in online training and instruction to develop your skills and knowledge
This is a telecommuting position, and you will be required to have a PC/MAC that is no more than 3-4 years old. You will also need to have a reliable internet connection and be responsible for your own data usage.
