**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Data Entry and Imaging Clerk, you will be responsible for:
* Processing mail, sorting, and controlling mail for processing
* Sorting and correcting electronic documents through site verification and basic knowledge of data for each document type
* Imaging and scanning documents received through OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
* Preparing documents for imaging and processing
* Assisting other employees in completing their tasks as needed
* Performing other duties as assigned, including mentoring new employees
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* PC experience required, with a strong understanding of Windows-based computer systems
* Excellent clerical and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to continual processing changes
* Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented approach
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks daily by priority
* Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in mailroom or imaging operations
* Familiarity with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) equipment and software
* Experience with data entry and imaging software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
