Key Responsibilities Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our improvement technique across disciplines Maintain, extend, and aid present development gear Build and guide custom asset pipelines Grow our proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures Collaborate with the team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement solutions Facilitate the adoption of the solution by the team and provide support and training as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. You should have experience with the overall device lifecycle, including coming across issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness. You should also be comfortable working with custom standalone gear and have experience growing gear that can be utilized by many game development disciplines. Technical Requirements Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, and Python Experience with game development engines and structures Ability to work effectively in a self-directed environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience with custom game engines, Unreal or Unity, and JavaScript and net tech would be highly desirable. You should also be capable of working effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
