You'll be responsible for processing Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
* Process Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
* Maintain and update records and databases with the utmost attention to detail and accuracy
* Ensure timely completion of data entry and DSC processing tasks to meet deadlines
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
* Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to data entry and DSC processing
* Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and privacy
**Requirements**
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficient in technical and computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data entry software
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing tasks
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Prior experience in data entry and knowledge of DSC processing will be an advantage
* Bachelor's degree (preferred)
* 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office (preferred)
* 1 year of total work experience (preferred)
* English language proficiency (preferred)
