Key Responsibilities Maintain internal data, dashboards, and template libraries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Design, extract, and disseminate standardized metrics and data models, performing exploratory data analysis, cleansing, and aggregation as needed. Mine data to gather insights that drive business choices and procurement strategies, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner. Steward data management requirements for key projects, driving client story engagement and enhancing data-driven decision-making across executive leadership groups. Develop fit-for-purpose custom dashboard solutions, offering technical support (code documentation, data transformations, algorithms, etc.) to technology groups collaborating on analytical insights and recommendations into business processes. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional projects and activities. Experience with data modeling and AI strategies (regression, tree models, survival analysis, cluster analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, association rules, etc.). Proficient in using Incorta, Oracle, and SQL, with a strong understanding of data ETL (Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig) and analytical languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Stata). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, customer loyalty, e-commerce, or supply chain analytics, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends. Familiarity with big data processing methods and technologies, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
