**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elgin, IL. As a key member of our account management team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy and ensuring the integrity of product information across our e-commerce partners. Your responsibilities will include reviewing product pages for accuracy, communicating with account managers, and providing support to address and correct any issues. **Key Responsibilities:**
* **Review Product Pages for Accuracy:**
+ Regularly review and verify the accuracy of product information on our partner sites.
+ Check for consistency in product descriptions, images, pricing, and other key details.
+ Identify and report any discrepancies or errors to the account management team.
* **Communicate with and Assist Account Managers:**
+ Provide support and assistance to account managers in making necessary corrections and updates.
+ Learn partner online portals as necessary to provide assistance as needed.
+ Collaborate with account managers to resolve any issues or concerns.
* **Maintain Data Accuracy:**
+ Monitor, communicate, and provide assistance regarding updates to product data as needed to ensure ongoing accuracy.
+ Ensure that all product information is up-to-date and accurate across all e-commerce platforms.
* **Customer Service Support:**
+ Provide backup support to the customer service team as needed, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
**Qualifications:**
* **Essential Qualifications:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft applications.
+ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
